As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining apartment homes and community amenities through preventative maintenance, repairs, and exceptional resident service.

What You'll Do
- Complete resident service requests
- Perform preventative maintenance throughout the community
- Troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues
- Assist with apartment turns and renovations
- Support emergency maintenance response
- Maintain community safety standards
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Maintain accurate maintenance records
About You
- Maintenance, facilities, construction, or related experience preferred
- Strong troubleshooting and repair skills
- HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or appliance repair experience is a plus
- Strong customer service mindset
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities
- Commitment to safety and quality workmanship
