About the Role
As a Senior Service Technician on the Performance Management team at LINK, you will serve as a hands-on maintenance professional responsible for completing a wide variety of service requests and supporting the overall maintenance operations of an assigned multi-family apartment community. This role is essential to ensuring apartment homes are move-in ready and that the community is maintained to the highest standards.

What You’ll Do
Complete service requests and maintenance work orders in a timely and professional manner
Perform HVAC troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance
Assist with the make-ready process to ensure units are ready for new residents
Maintain the overall appearance and functionality of the community, including common areas and grounds
Identify maintenance concerns and proactively address potential issues
Coordinate with vendors and assist with external maintenance work as needed
Ensure all work is completed in accordance with company standards, safety protocols, and applicable regulations
Participate in the on-call rotation and respond to emergency maintenance needs as required
About You
At least 3 years of maintenance and repair experience in residential, commercial, or retail property management
Strong hands-on experience with HVAC systems, appliances, plumbing, electrical, and general repairs
HVAC certification is required
A high school diploma or equivalent is required
Valid, unrestricted driver’s license and reliable transportation
Ability to work on-call as needed for emergency maintenance situations
Ability to sit, stand, climb, balance, stoop, crouch, crawl, and lift up to 50 lbs as part of daily responsibilities
