As a Porter, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness, appearance, and overall resident experience at Miranova Condominium. This position is responsible for ensuring all common areas, amenities, resident spaces, and guest accommodations are maintained to the highest standards while delivering exceptional customer service to residents and guests.

What You'll Do
- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of all common areas, including the lobby, resident hallways, elevators, offices, mail room, conference rooms, and amenity spaces.
- Clean and sanitize resident, guest, and staff restrooms while ensuring all supplies remain fully stocked.
- Care for the Social Room, Media Room, kitchen areas, meeting rooms, and other community gathering spaces.
- Maintain the Health Club, including locker rooms, fitness equipment, water stations, and common areas.
- Prepare and maintain the Guest Apartment, including changing linens, restocking amenities, and coordinating with the Concierge Team regarding guest stays.
- Support community recycling efforts by collecting, sorting, and preparing recyclable materials for pickup.
- Monitor and maintain the Dog Run area, ensuring supplies are replenished as needed.
- Remove cobwebs and maintain cleanliness throughout parking garages and building corridors.
- Assist with seasonal responsibilities, including maintaining pool furniture, cabana houses, and outdoor amenity areas.
- Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed safely and in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Respond professionally to resident requests and contribute to a positive resident experience.
What You'll Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Two (2) years of housekeeping, janitorial, porter, or property maintenance experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work independently.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members while maintaining individual accountability.
- Flexibility to adjust priorities and support community needs as they arise.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, crouch, reach, and lift throughout the workday.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds regularly.
- Ability to work in varying indoor and outdoor environments, including exposure to hot and cold temperatures.
- Ability to perform repetitive cleaning, housekeeping, and building maintenance tasks while maintaining quality standards.
