What You’ll Do

As a Concierge, you will serve as a key point of contact for residents, guests, contractors, and deliveries while helping maintain a safe, welcoming, and organized environment throughout the property. Responsibilities include:
  • Greet residents and guests in a professional and courteous manner
  • Manage resident requests and assist with amenity reservations
  • Answer and direct incoming calls and correspondence
  • Monitor building security cameras and conduct property patrols
  • Assist with package management, food deliveries, and guest access
  • Maintain detailed shift logs and communicate daily activity updates
  • Support emergency procedures, including fire safety and medical response protocols
  • Coordinate contractor access and verify work orders
  • Assist residents with services such as package delivery, grocery assistance, and key assistance
  • Perform light inspections and submit maintenance or service requests through Building Link
  • Support valet parking operations for residents and guests
  • Assist with special management projects and team training as needed

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, concierge services, or security operations is preferred but not required
  • CPR, AED, or first-aid knowledge is a plus

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds when necessary
  • Comfortable working in a residential lobby or storefront environment
