Job Title: Integration Project Coordinator
SUMMARY:
Coordinates the creation, update, and control of all necessary documentation related to project integration. Plans, coordinates and manages daily activities in order to effectively prioritize workload and meet the needs of their customer.
WAGE TYPE: Hourly

- Work closely with engineers and technicians to document processes during development.
- Identify potential issues or concerns while documenting processes.
- Work with AgilePoint workflows to post documents on internal Document Control System.
- Creates written and visual work instructions.
- Maintains electronic files all integration documentation. Verify documents to ensure most current is retained and obsolete old.
- Audits project document manuals to ensure their accuracy and completeness
- Submits changes to ensure compliance with all ISO9001/TS16949 and ISO 14001 documentation
- Utilizes various software programs to develop controlled documentation
- Verifies information with customer, suppliers, standards publishers, and internal departments to ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation
- Coordinates document change requests as required
- Manage daily tasks and prioritize workload in order to be available when needed on the floor to document processes.
- Basic understanding of our MRP System, Navision for referencing part numbers, descriptions and BOM structures
- Flexible, team player, well-organized and attention to detail are key talents to this role.
- Could potentially come in contact with hazardous chemicals.

- Familiarity with APQP & PPAP processes a plus.
- Proper disposal of waste such as recyclables, standard waste, hazardous waste, etc. is expected.
- Any other tasks as required to fulfill Lincoln Industries’ Beliefs and Drivers.

- Reports to: Manager, Integration
QUALIFICATIONS: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be substituted for the expected levels of education and experience required.
Education and/or Experience:
Expected: High school diploma or GED
Preferred: Associate’s degree in engineering
Communication Skills:
- Must be able to read, write and comprehend the English language.
- Must be able to interpret documents such as procedure manuals
- Must be able to communicate effectively over the telephone, via e-mail or in person
Other Skills:
- Must be detail oriented.
- Corrected vision and dexterous use of both hands.
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
- Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds with a variety of sitting and standing for periods of time.
- Proficient with MS Office applications.
- Skill and ability to organize and prioritize work to meet deadlines
- Must be able to use basic office machines: PC, printer, copier
