SUMMARY: Will support operations by setting up, operating, and maintaining computer numeric controlled (CNC) press brake equipment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSBILITIES: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
- Configure, set up, and operate CNC press brake machines to bend and form sheet metal according to precise specifications.
- Select, install, and align the correct punches and dies for each specific job.
- Read and interpret technical blueprints, flat patterns, schematics, and engineering drawings.
- Perform rigorous first piece and in-process inspections using precision measuring instruments, including calipers, micrometers, and protractors.
- Identify machine errors, calculate bend allowances, and make necessary digital or mechanical adjustments to correct dimensional deviations.
- Perform daily routine maintenance on the press brake and tooling to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
- Maintain a clean, organized work area strictly adhering to 5S principles, OSHA regulations, and internal safety protocols.
- Any other tasks as required fulfilling Lincoln Industries' Beliefs and Drivers.

- Reports to: Team Leader
QUALIFICATIONS: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be substituted for the expected levels of education and experience required.
Education and/or Experience:
- Expected: High School Diploma or GED.
- Preferred: Technical certificate or other relevant post-secondary education.
Experience/Skills:
- Preferred: Experience setting up a CNC press brake in a manufacturing environment. Proficiency in reading blueprints. Hands-on experience using precision measurement tools and gauges. Excellent mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities.
Communication Skills:
- Must be able to read, write and comprehend the English language.
- Ability to read and analyze technical procedures.
Other Skills:
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule
form.
