Management Systems Coordinator I
Description
SUMMARY:
Coordinate internal environmental and quality audits relative to ISO/IATF requirements. This includes establishing audit schedules for EHS, process and product audits as required by ISO/IATF Including assigning audits to cross-functional personnel, approving audits, issue audit corrective actions to applicable parties, and participating in the actual audit process. Responsible for ensuring the training of all internal auditors for EHS, Process and Product audits. Responsible for leading applicable system training. Supports third party audits and internal system audits for ISO 14001, ISO 9001 and IATF16949.
Ensure CQI’s are completed annually. Responsible for reviewing and verification of change controls. Coordinator One will be a backup for the coordinator role. Responsible for leading improvement projects for systems.

- Responsible for monthly audit schedules for EHS, process and product audits as required by ISO/IATF
- Responsible for leading internal audit teams for EHS/Product/Process audits.
- Responsible for assigning and communicating audits to cross-functional personnel, per audit plan.
- Responsible for issuing audit corrective actions to applicable parties and participating in the actual audit process.
- Responsible for creating Control Plan, PFME and process flow for new products with collaboration of Integration
- Responsible for approving and closing audit actions.
- Perform internal system audits for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and IATF 16949
- Administrative support for all external ISO/IATF audits
- Support any corrective actions resulting from audit findings as they pertain to the management system.
- Support the annual completion of all applicable CQI’s with applicable teams
- Responsible for reviewing and approving the closure of all change controls.
• Support system department in achieving team goals that align with organization.
• Create Work Instructions for System Processes
- Could potentially encounter hazardous chemicals.
• Any other tasks as required fulfilling Lincoln Industries' Beliefs and Drivers.

ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE:
- Reports to: Manager, Management Systems
QUALIFICATIONS: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be substituted for the expected levels of education and experience required.
Education and Experience: Expected:
- High school diploma or GED.
- 2-4 years system level auditing experience.
- 2 years ISO9001 experience.
Preferred:
- Associate degree from a 2-year college or technical school with an emphasis in engineering technology.
- 2 years IATF 16949 experience.
- 1 year managing indirect reports (i.e. cross functional audit team).
Communication Skills:
- Must be able to read, write and comprehend the English language.
- Must be able to interpret documents such as procedures, work instructions, and ASQ standards.
- Must be able to communicate effectively over the telephone, via e-mail or in person.
Other Skills:
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
- Proficient with MS Office applications.
- Skill and ability to organize and prioritize work to meet deadlines.
- Must be able to use basic office machines: PC, printer, copier.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to perform physical functions equivalent to Category E
