SUMMARY: 

Work with the finance team through the manager of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to assist with standard cost setup, validation and assisting with documentation of our process cycle time & manpower requirements, budget assistance, margin and costing analysis, inventory transaction analysis.

 

WAGE TYPE:  Hourly

FLSA Exemption: Non-Exempt

  • Assist with the Budgeting process
  • Assist with Standard Cost setup and validation.
  • Assist with monthly review of standard variances
  • Freight analysis
  • Perform time studies and cycle time verification (as needed).
  • Create processes to increase efficiency of time studies.
  • Could potentially come in contact with hazardous chemicals.
  • Any other tasks as required fulfilling Lincoln Industries' Beliefs and Drivers.

  • Reports to:  Financial Planning & Cost Analyst

 

QUALIFICATIONS:  The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.  Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be substituted for the expected levels of education and experience required.

 

Education and/or Experience

Expected Junior or Senior status pursuing Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting or Engineering.

 

Communication Skills:

  • Must be able to read, write and comprehend the English language
  • Must be able to communicate with all levels of the organization

 

Other Skills:

  • Thorough understanding of Microsoft Word & Excel.
