SUMMARY:
Work with the finance team through the manager of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to assist with standard cost setup, validation and assisting with documentation of our process cycle time & manpower requirements, budget assistance, margin and costing analysis, inventory transaction analysis.
WAGE TYPE: Hourly
FLSA Exemption: Non-Exempt

- Assist with the Budgeting process
- Assist with Standard Cost setup and validation.
- Assist with monthly review of standard variances
- Freight analysis
- Perform time studies and cycle time verification (as needed).
- Create processes to increase efficiency of time studies.
- Could potentially come in contact with hazardous chemicals.
- Any other tasks as required fulfilling Lincoln Industries' Beliefs and Drivers.

- Reports to: Financial Planning & Cost Analyst

Education and/or Experience
Expected: Junior or Senior status pursuing Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting or Engineering.
Communication Skills:
- Must be able to read, write and comprehend the English language
- Must be able to communicate with all levels of the organization
Other Skills:
- Thorough understanding of Microsoft Word & Excel.
- Must be highly organized and able to conduct multiple tasks concurrently.
