Job Title: Machine Programmer
SUMMARY: Primary owner of CNC mill and lathe programming.
WAGE TYPE: Hourly
FLSA Exemption: Non-exempt

- Writes and installs program for operation of CNC mills, lathes, press brakes, lasers.
- Sets up, services and operates CNC mills, lathes, lasers, press brakes and/or auxiliary equipment.
- Makes machine adjustments and enters changes into programs.
- Insures machines are producing parts to specifications before releasing job to Machine Operators.
- Monitors operations for quality and productivity and assists in problem solving.

- Reports to: Team Leader

Education and/or Experience:
Expected: High School Diploma or GED Preferred: Electroplating experience
Communication Skills:
- Must be able to read, write and comprehend the English language.
- Ability to read and analyze technical procedures, control plans and government regulations.
Other Skills:
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
- Ability to operate a pallet jack and electronic equipment
- Proficient at using computer.
