Summary:

We are looking to add a Senior Financial analyst to our team to provide financial guidance to our internal Marketing team. Position includes immediate start and competitive compensation!

What you'll do here:

  • Collaborate in decision-making with your business partners: they bring ideas/plans and you give them the ‘Big Picture’ view in terms of investor goals, financial metrics, risks, and alternatives.
  • Support the Marketing organization with financial planning, quarterly forecasts, and monthly close processes.
  • Prepare monthly reports, which include key metrics, financial results, and variance reporting
  • Identify opportunities for performance improvement and efficiencies across the organization
  • Supports Ad hoc financial analysis and special projects, as required

The skills you'll bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • CPA, CFA or CMA preferred
  • 5-8 years of performing increasingly complex accounting and financial analysis

It is helpful but not required to have:

  • Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills in Accounting, Finance, and Marketing
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel and financial modeling. Knowledge of Essbase/Hyperion. Lawson, a plus.
  • Relevant experience in corporate finance, financial planning & analysis, investment banking, or other related fields.
  • Attention to detail inspires confidence in your partners and colleagues
