RESPONSIBILITIES & QUALIFICATIONS:
*Perform accounting and clerical functions to support departmental needs.
*Must be detail oriented and able to multi-task.
*Possess basic math aptitude and computer knowledge.
*Primary responsibilities are data entry, includes webcash posting, check
scanning and late order entering.
*Prepare completed jobs for deposit, file, tally and document transactions.
*Follow all cash handling policies.
*Ability to meet established deadlines.
*Working knowledge or computer function, data entry and keyboard skills.
*Learn and utilize territory and computer based programs.
*Maintain professional relationships with co-workers and internal customers, work in a team oriented environment.
*Professional business appearance and demeanor.
*Other duties as requested to assist with the needs of the department.
