Create a welcoming environment by greeting all residents, tenants, visitors and staff. • Guide and direct guests, tenants, and residents to appropriate rooms as needed. • Answer multiple line telephones in a polite, professional manner. • Assist with typing, filing, ancillary input, payroll and distribution of mail, accounts payable and personnel files. • Assist with the business office functions to include administrative support. • Must be adaptable, flexible to changes, and able to prioritize and organize work efficiently to accomplish workload within time allotted. • Maintains positive relationships with key stakeholders such as tenants, their families, staff, and the community. • Maintain a positive attitude in relation to customer service program. • Complies with established safety rules and regulations. • Abides by the facility’s policies, procedures and practices. • Participates in and supports Quality efforts throughout the facility. • Attends meetings and mandatory in-services. • Knowledge and adherence to safety/disaster preparedness plan. • All other duties as needed.
