The Salesforce Product Manager will engage with internal clients, external customers, and technical teams to create solutions leveraging the full power of the Salesforce platform. This is a customer-facing role that will have responsibility for capturing and documenting requirements and specifications in order to design and build custom solutions or configurations while working within the Product and Engineering team at Lifesprk. As a product manager, you will own the product development process, from discovery to launch and work with the internal team to measure the solution's success.

This role works daily with members of Lifesprk’s core business teams, other product owners working on our Health Cloud Platform, our Salesforce engineering team, designers and other SMEs, making this a highly collaborative role. We are looking for the Salesforce Product Manager to bring expertise into how to best utilize the Salesforce platform and to partner and collaborate around understanding the problems to solve and playing a role in implementation.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Capture and analyze business requirements, translate those requirements into solution options, and communicate those effectively back to internal customers and technology leadership.
  • Collaborate with the Salesforce and Data engineering teams to continuously improve the design and build process
  • Follow our version of agile process including story writing and attending ceremonies
  • Conduct function and system integration testing
  • Implementation and customization of client Salesforce solution projects that involve but are not limited to Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and integrations to ensure scope and internal customer expectations are met
  • Work with leadership, subject matter experts (SMEs), and the engineering team to deliver Salesforce solutions of high quality that delight our users
  • Collaborate, consult, and coordinate with the product team on new and existing solutions on our Health Cloud platform


Required Qualifications

  • Certified Salesforce System Administrator
  • 2+ years leading technical Salesforce (or other CRM solutions) implementations
  • 2+ years working as a product owner or product manager
  • Experience in Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Sales Cloud
  • Able to solicit customer requirements and configure Salesforce accordingly
  • Experience providing business consulting and/or technical leadership
  • Customer service orientation and good interpersonal skills
  • Minimum of Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a technical field

Preferred Qualifications

  • Service Cloud Consultant Certification or equivalent experience
  • Marketing Cloud Consultant certification or equivalent experience
  • System integration experience (design or development)
  • Health Cloud and health care experience.
  • Salesforce ISV or Managed package experience
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field
  • A passion for making change in healthcare
