We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner  

Location: Primarily Work From Home – Available to visit Senior Living Communities when needed 

Schedule Monday – Friday 8:00am-5:00pm 

The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for promoting the employment opportunities within a group of Senior Living Communities and finding the best talent for each role using a variety of recruitment methods. The Talent Acquisition Partner collaborates continuously with their Senior Living Community leadership to ensure adequate talent is in the pipeline. 


  • Bachelor’s Degree and/or a minimum of 1-3 years’ equivalent experience preferred; preferably in the healthcare industry
  • 2+ years’ experience in healthcare recruiting preferred
