Country Manager - DACH

The Country Manager is a “hands on” manager that is responsible to market Lifesize products through our channel partners, resellers, distributors and VARS as well as sales to direct end use in Germany (DACH)


  • Lead all sales and business development efforts in DACH
  • Develop strategies and tactical plans to hit and overachieve short-term targets as well as to set the region up for sustained growth.
  • Drive customer satisfaction, advocacy and loyalty; be the voice of customers in the UK. 
  • Collaborate with leadership colleagues to share best practices, competitive intelligence, and successful approaches to market and application segments..
  • Researching, monitoring and communicating status of competitive market landscape.
  • Providing training and positioning to partners to facilitate promotion and positioning of Lifesize products in specified markets.
  • Providing support to channel partners and the sales team for large sales opportunities.
  • Supporting the implementation processes and assisting in providing solutions as required.
  • Providing support for successful new product introductions and sales initiatives through both informal and formal content delivery methods.


  • 3+ years of Sales Management Experience
  • 8+ years of technical sales experience to include indirect sales with channel partners, resellers, VARS and direct end users.
  • Experience in Cloud based Video Communication / Unified Communication Solutions plus IP based Communication
  • Strong experience in technical pre-sales of networking, telecommunication, and/or videoconferencing products and solutions.
  • Proven spoken and written skills in English and German languages required, other languages are an advantage.
  • Superior written and verbal communications skills, including the ability to deliver a persuasive business message to channel partners and end user prospects.
  • Able to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment.
  • Results-focused, team-oriented and a strong work ethic.
  • Travel within the UK is a requirement of this position
