Our HR team is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist/University Recruiter who deeply cares about delivering a warm and thorough candidate experience. You get to be on the frontlines of Talent Acquisition when it comes to sourcing, scheduling and university recruitment. You are a host at heart, a servant leader, and a high achiever.

Key Objectives

Recruiting Coordination

  • Support Talent Acquisition by acting as the main point of contact for interview coordination and status updates for candidates and hiring managers
  • Ensure a positive high-touch white-glove experience for candidates starting from sourcing while partnering with hiring managers and business stakeholders
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews for candidates and hiring managers in a timely and efficient manner
  • Source and handle associate-mid level requisitions during off-campus recruiting seasons
  • Keep track of candidate progress from start to finish on Jobvite and corresponding communication channels

 University Recruitment/Internship Programs

  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for new graduate and intern candidates across multiple roles specifically to build a diverse college to career pipeline
  • Plan and execute on-campus & virtual events with a focus on early engagement, education, and strategic branding
  • Develop deep relationships with organizations, universities, career centers, including faculty and student organizations, to design internship recruitment strategies and implement employer branding
  • Build and iterate on our internship program with HR and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Act as a resource and main point of contact for interns from hire to full-time conversion
  • Support other areas as needed

Career Growth - There are a few  potential tracks w/ this role:

  • Talent Acquisition: Opportunity to grow into a full-cycle recruiter (mid, senior, director-level roles)  and as a business partner across multiple departments, managing agency relationships. You can also grow into a focused recruiter or technical (engineering, product, etc) recruiter - lots of avenues (depending on your interest)!
  • University Recruitment & Programming: Opportunity to grow relationships, build pipeline, and own university recruitment/Internship programmes. There is a set career path like University Recruiter/Campus Recruiter > Campus/University Recruiting Manager > University Program Manager. Because University Programming involves educating interns, mentorship supervisors/managers, there is also an opportunity for L&D.

Required Qualifications

  • At least 3 year of Talent Acquisition experience in sourcing, recruiting, or coordinating capacity
  • Excellent written and verbal communication & interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently
  • Highly values diversity and inclusion in the workplace
  • Strong team player & critical thinker
  • Open to work onsite in Electronic City, Bangalore

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiar with the full-cycle recruiting process
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Prior coordination or customer service experience a plus
