Key Objectives

  • Assist in day-to-day coordination and management of business operational activities
  • Write documentation and provide support to problems, communicating these through charts and diagrams
  • Develop training procedures and guidelines on how to perform duties better
  • Support the Manager in managing and resolving operational issues
  • Establish and enforce organization standards to maintain quality service
  • Prepare and run accurate reports on sales and other operational data
  • Analyze data of in-place procedures to find ways to improve operations
  • Track resource availability and allocation
  • Collect information needed to calculate project invoices
  • Mentor Operations Administrator and ensure the success of major administrative tasks
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent from four year college or university
  • Administrative Experience
  • Strong communication and problem solving skills
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Able to work independently and effectively as part of a team, while handling multiple tasks and responsibilities
