About You and this Role

Liferay Singapore is looking for an Engagement Manager to join its Global Services team. As an Engagement Manager at Liferay, you will work closely with clients and internal Liferay teams to develop, design, and deliver cutting-edge custom solutions for our award-winning open source Digital Experience Platform. 

Key Objectives

  • Ensure successful delivery of client project based on scope, schedule, and budget
  • Works with multiple teams from proposal support to billing 
  • Handling client escalation issues, facilitate discussion, and conflict resolution
  • Schedule and facilitate regular meetings 
  • Communicate regular status updates both to client and internally 
  • Participate in resource allocation for projects according to the needs of the business 
  • Respond to client needs as they arise to ensure client satisfaction 
  • Following Liferay’s Services methodology for delivery 
  • Work closely with the sales team during the proposal process
  • Collaborate with project managers to deliver full life cycle projects 
  • Communicate overall solution to explain client investment
  • Participate in an agile process to clarify requirements, manage team delivery and obtain feedback on team deliverables
  • Take ownership of tasks assigned


  • Analytical thinker and problem solver
  • 3-5 years of experience with software development
  • DXP Administration
