About You and this Role
We’re looking for a highly collaborative and creative Motion Graphics Designer to work in our dynamic Communication Design team creating engaging videos that support our business strategy and growth. Since you will collaborate with people around the world, good communication skills are essential to this position.
Key Objectives
- Develop a cohesive narrative through visual graphics and motion design.
- Contribute to the brainstorming process by developing innovative video concepts, storyboards for campaigns, ads, explainer videos, case-studies and other forms of video communication.
- Ideate, plan, design, edit, and animate engaging videos that tell compelling visual stories and resonate with audiences.
- Propose compelling music and SFX to complement and communicate the message.
- Adapt and localize videos into different languages.
- Maintain a strong understanding of brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all videos.
- Deliver on projects promptly, meeting tight deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
- Help develop MOGRT-templates and motion graphics to streamline our workflows.
- May occasionally contribute to audio visual production of live events.
Required Qualifications
- Must speak English fluently.
- At least 5 years producing and editing experience.
- Highly proficient in 2D motion graphics and video and audio editing with After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Audition.
- 3D rendering/animation skills highly preferred
- Expertise in post-production techniques, working with different RAW footage, camera matching, color grading, audio mastering and file management.
- Clean portfolio exhibiting a strong understanding of Motion and Design fundamentals including Color Theory, Typography, Animation.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Knowledge in content trends and storytelling/narrative structure, pacing, graphics, music, shot selection and all key aspects of audio visual content.
- Adapt to a variety of visual styles with a developing sense of taste.
- Attention to detail.
