About You and this Role

 

Working closely with the Chief Operating Officer, the candidate will draw upon solid analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills to effectively partner with sales teams across EMEA.

 

We are looking for a great team player who has solid experience with designing and executing sales operations solutions (territory planning, sales performance management, forecasting methodologies) that will enable the EMEA sales team to increase productivity and grow.

 

The individual must have deep experience in sales processes and tools, calling upon her/his experiences in Salesforce CRM systems, sales quota and territory assignment and analytics to assist in supporting a world class Sales Team. 

Key Objectives

 

  • Work with sales leaders to drive organizational planning activities including territory design, quota targets, & capacity management.
  • Support the field sales team on quote processes, pricing, configuration, and terms.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to ensure proper lead management processes, metrics and policies.
  • Partner with core internal technical teams (CRM, Data Warehouse, etc.) to design and implement sales operations solutions to address customer needs.
  • Analyze sales processes and mechanisms for sub-optimal performance, with a focus on defect reduction and productivity. Communicate findings clearly and effectively and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Carry out root cause analysis and identify appropriate solutions.
  • Leverage data to conduct in-depth analyses across areas of the business to develop an understanding of key value drivers, identifying improvement areas and opportunities.
  • Develop and present daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports and Key Performance Indicators.
  • Prepare Quarterly Business Review presentations.
  • Provide recommendations and take actions based on strategic objectives, forecast or performance metrics.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders to operationalize mechanisms and best practices
     

Requirements

  • 5 + years relevant experience in a sales operations environment.
  • 5 + years of experience in Salesforce.com
  • Exceptional intrapersonal and management skills.

  • Ability to work independently with a high degree of accountability, while also able to collaborate cross - functional (sales, sales enablement, marketing, finance, etc)
  • Analytical and detail oriented with project management skills.
  • Exceptional written/verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fluid, fast - paced, sometimes unpredictable environment.
