The Role:
Ezra is looking to hire a Senior Product Marketing Manager to focus on product expansion across key growth customers and supporting sales to drive pipeline growth in North America This role will report to the VP, Marketing NA and will partner closely with our Solutions, Propositions & Strategy, Sales, Content, and Marketing Operations teams.
What You’ll Do:
- Build a deep understanding of our target customers and buyers, ensuring the right product is marketed to the right buyer
- Gain customer insights through qualitative and quantitative data—market trends, internal reporting, customer feedback, and more—to inform account expansion strategy.
- Support Sales Execution: Proactively partner with the Sales team on key deals to ensure they are armed with the collateral, competitor intelligence, and product knowledge necessary to win. Deep dive into deals from a marketer’s viewpoint to uncover ways marketing can help position Ezra’s products throughout the sales cycle.
- Regional Collateral: Work closely with the Solutions and Sales teams to develop and deliver engaging collateral for new and existing products. Maintain the sales collateral database to ensure all collateral is current, relevant, and impactful.
- Weave together market dynamics, customer needs, and products to create compelling hooks.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute campaigns across a variety of channels focused on embedding and expanding Ezra’s product portfolio. Measure and report on the business impact of these campaigns.
- Conduct ongoing competitive and market research to support go-to-market efforts: Win/Loss Calls, Surveys, Discovery Calls, Visits, and Renewals.
- Manage product launches by collaborating with the Proposition and Strategy team, building capacity for internal teams, and creating materials that build demand from prospects and customers
- Work closely with Proposition and Strategy and Sales Leadership to deliver talk tracks about market trends and intent data
Who you are:
- Research and Analytical Skills: Ability to gather and interpret data from various sources to provide actionable insights and recommendations for account expansion across product portfolio.
- Marketing Collateral Development: Proven experience in creating persuasive and visually appealing marketing collateral and decks.
- Launch Expertise: Successful track record in leading product launches, from strategy to execution.
- Technical Expertise: A deep understanding of sales, in addition to revenue tools such as Salesforce. While you won’t be selling, you’ll need to think like both a buyer and a seller in order to proactively support the sales team.
- Project Management: Ability to manage competing priorities
- Can-do attitude: Demonstrated ability to get things done under minimal supervision and drive results across cross-functional teams
