Engagement Operations Manager

The primary responsibility of the Operations Manager is to provide project management and reporting support for the US Engagement Team.


Reporting Relationships:

      Reports directly to the VP, Engagement

Direct Reports:



Major Responsibilities

      Collaborate with Sales, Engagement and delivery leaders to maximize engagement on large projects.

      Create ad-hoc reports related to projects, customers, and global LHH countries.

      Analyze engagement data, call data, performance data to identify trends, patterns, and areas of opportunity.

      Review staff performance metrics to identify patterns and areas of improvement.

      Update and maintain documentation to support engagement.  This includes teams, sharepoint, training materials, etc.

      Identify and implement operational efficiencies to improve engagement results and manage costs.

      Troubleshoot, escalate and follow up on technical issues.


Required Experience/Characteristics

      Excellent verbal and written communication skills

      Advanced Excel skills

      Ability to analyze large amounts of data from both a big-picture business perspective, and a detailed, action-oriented perspective.

      5 + years previous experience in a corporate setting

      Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university

      Independent, Self-Motivated and Disciplined; Ability to act and respond quickly

      Experience leading large teams or projects

      Proven skills working remotely and managing by influence

      Presentation skills to internal and external customers

      Strong technical skills and ability to identify patterns and solutions related to technology.
