The Senior Financial Analyst position will be a part of our Global FP&A team, responsibilities include: Complex commissions calculations, Variable compensation plan modeling, Forecasting and Budgeting, KPI development & tracking, Global Sales Reporting, Executive Presentations and other financial analysis


Reporting Relationships:

      Reports directly to Manager, Global FP&A

      Works closely with Sales and Operations Leaders

      Requires coordination and communication with different departments & operating units across the globe

Major Responsibilities

Key Accountabilities

      Complex commissions calculations and administration of commission processes across several global units, including multiple plans covering a multitude of positions

      Commission reporting tool oversight and material changes

      Proactive problem-solving on global commission resolution

      Complex modeling and forecasting of variable compensation, including plan changes and forecast impacts

      Design reporting upgrades & KPI benchmarking using commission analytics tool

      Monthly P/L and KPI Forecasts global - consolidation, preparation, and analysis

      Executive Presentations

      Ad hoc financial and sales analysis

      Work to improve team processes, calculations, enhancing accuracy and developing communications

      Drive complex research and support & develop creative solutions that can be used globally

      Monthly and Ad hoc projects

Required Experience/Characteristics

      4+ years of professional experience in a finance field

      Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including modeling capabilities

      Bachelor’s degree in a finance related area

      Intermediate accounting knowledge

      Strong documentation and analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate significant amounts of information while maintaining attention to detail

      Strong organizational & time management skills

      Exceptional interpersonal skills and relating to people in all areas of the business with various backgrounds

      Must be dependable, reliable, and have high integrity

      Creative problem solving

      Web-based reporting systems experience is a plus

      JD Edwards knowledge is a plus
