B2C Digital Marketing Manager
The primary responsibility of the B2C Digital Marketing Manager is to drive engagement and the strategy for engaging end users of our services. This position will work closely with the Global Digital Marketing Team and country-based Field Marketers. This position is directly responsible for the oversight and deployment of marketing automation (Salesforce Marketing Cloud) and the performance of engaging the end users of our services. This person will be effective and able to help make data-driven decisions and recommendations for increasing the take up of our services by eligible participants by creating compelling marketing materials and optimizing the distribution of this content across all relevant digital channels.
B2C: Candidate marketing content
- Management of candidate/end user marketing materials – ensuring they are accurate, up to date, on brand and effective
- Adapt materials and user journeys so that they are fit-for-purpose locally in our largest countries.
- Grow and maintain a library of use cases and candidate journeys
B2C: Candidate marketing campaign management
Work with the marketing, sales and engagement teams to create and run highly targeted candidate marketing campaigns to generate interest and take up of our services.
Trial, evaluate and, if required, roll out new marketing channels e.g. text, social media
Continuously monitor and review the effectiveness of all marketing campaigns, channels and content and recommend and implement improvements
Work with the global and local team members to help roll out Salesforce Marketing Cloud (B2C marketing automation tool)
Measuring impact/ Leveraging global candidate marketing resources
Review candidate marketing activity to ensure we optimize the impact, identifying areas for improvement
Build collaborative relationship with the Global and local marketing teams to ensure we are sharing and using each other’s expertise, learnings, materials, systems etc. for maximum impact
Creating and running marketing campaigns to drive engagement and sign up
Writing copy and content
Familiarity with marketing automation systems. Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud an advantage
Experience in briefing and working with graphic designers
Self-directive demonstrating high levels of initiative
Able to plan and manage own workload in an environment where work volume fluctuates
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
