Gestionar la adhesión de candidatos a programas de outplacement.

• Departamento de Connecting Talent 

• Reportando al responsable del Área 

• Madrid / Sevilla  

• inglés nivel avanzado. 

Funciones principales

• Contactar con diferentes candidatos que desde el Dpto. comercial son facilitados para informar sobre los programas de outoplacement 
• Gestionar la documentación de adhesión a los programas. 
• Solicitar datos a candidatos (cv, datos personales…) y registrar la información en aplicación informática.  
• Coordinar incorporación de nuevos candidatos. Informar a consultor de su nuevo candidato y de condiciones programa, así como de posibles urgencias o peculiaridades. Gestionar las inscripciones a las sesiones de acogida grupal 
• Confirmar asistencia y adhesión candidato. Si hay incidencias, retomar el caso hasta asegurar asistencia o cerrar el caso. Actualización situación en la plataforma 
• Realizar informes de candidatos adheridos a programas para diferentes clientes. 

Requisitos

Experiencia requerida

• Posiciones de atención telefónica o administrativas con atención a clientes.
