Shared Services Manager, UK & Ireland

Shared Services supports the UK & Ireland business in contract management, providing referral management and billing support to accounts we serve and associate onboarding/queries and invoicing. The professional in this role will serve as the subject matter expert in setting up our systems to comply with contractual needs through to invoicing. They will also manage projects designed to innovate the way the work is done to improve efficiency and accuracy.

       Referral Managers

       Shared Services Executives

       Associate Coordinator

       Sales Coordinator

 

Number of direct reports may increase in the future

 

Location:

       London - Temporary remote working due to Covid-19

 

Major Responsibilities

       Manage a team of coordinators and executives who set up the contractual services on systems, enter referrals and review billings, ensuring timely entry with accuracy and completeness of information.

       Track and report on team activity, accomplishments and issues. Monitoring targets and supporting the team in achieving them.

       Work closely with the Sales coordinator and ensure contract management is completed on Sales Force. All contracts are uploaded to Sales Force along with contract records.

       Advise and perform set up of accounts in LHH’s global system (ORBIT) to ensure data is organised in the most efficient manner, consistent with standards, including:

       Advising on best approach for organisation and set up of Account

       Creation of program matrices

       Creation of referral templates

       Ongoing edits & maintenance of templates and matrices as contract changes occur

       Monitor and support the referral managers and candidate-initiated engagement process.

       Advise and support the Associate admin coordinator with associate queries.

       Utilise technology to drive process improvements and synergies.

       Ongoing review of business processing.

 

Required Experience/Characteristics

       5 years corporate business experience, ideally in a professional services organisation

       Managerial experience

       Reporting, data analytics or data management experience preferred

       Demonstrated oral and written communication skills

       Strong expertise in MS Excel

       Prefer experience configuring business software such as Orbit; Salesforce.com; MS Teams; Micro Strategies, etc.

       Ability to query LHH systems/data warehouse and knowledge of LHH’s global system for entry and export of data.

       Hours: 37.5

       Schedule: 9am-5:30pm, Monday - Friday

       Salary: Depending on Experience
