Talent Promoter & Project Manager

The Talent Promoter & Project Manager has a vast scope of responsibilities that will significantly impact LHH’s business including coordination of talent development projects, promoting our career transition talent pool to search firms and talent acquisitions stakeholders, support strategic growth in local delivery capabilities & advancing the LHH brand in the Hong Kong market. The role ensures customer-focused activities are managed to meet agreed deadlines and quality standards.


The successful candidate is required to demonstrate high-level of customer service mindset, passion for people, organized approach with attention to details, logical thinking and problem solving skills. A high degree of flexibility and initiative to deliver on activities and tasks are also required. A successful candidate must have a genuine passion for people and enjoy finding creative solutions.

Major Responsibilities

Talent Promotion

      Support our clients in the Career Transition Program and their job search by actively matching talent with job opportunities in the market place.

      Nurture and expand LHH’s network of Search Firms, Recruiters, Interim Placement Companies, and Talent Acquisition Managers.

      Leverage LHH’s proprietary technology such as the Digital Talent Exchange to unlock market opportunities.

      Stay abreast of the recent job trends of Hong Kong and the APAC region

      Network and leverage insights and support from peers and other relevant LHH functions across the world.

Projects & Operations

      Manage local onsite projects end to end including briefings, resourcing, scheduling, activity tracking, preparing and delivering materials, data and billing set up and where applicable, reporting. 

      Determine system set-up (Orbit) needs, liaise with sales driver on requirements for inclusion in PID and brief Operations and/or Engagement on requirements

      Manage resources involved in the project and work with sales driver, and operations to ensure customer satisfaction is coordinated effectively

      Coordinate all administrative activities associated with national and local onsite projects including necessary travel, accommodation arrangements, expense management, delivery materials, technology and Orbit data management.


Delivery Capability


      Partner with the MD to strategically address our delivery capabilities by networking and attracting new consultants, and train and developing our existing bench of consultants.

      Facilitate and co-ordinate induction training and planning including technical training for new consultants and coaches

      Support Consultant timesheet queries on submissions and management

      First line of support for all Orbit and Learning Centre queries.

      Regularly monitoring and following up phased billing, AOC, progress comments, Scheduled no starters reports and related operational activities


Events and Other Projects

      Coordinate and support Client Networking Events, Sales/Marketing events, Career Fairs and office events.

      Coordinate and manage local AMP attendance / presentation co-ordination for workshops onsite at LHH



Required Experience

  • University Degree
  • Fluent in English and Cantonese
  • Highly developed communication skills and experience handling sensitive calls via consultative conversation
  • Experience in Sales, Executive Search, or Project Management is preferred
  • Human Resource experience a plus
  • Outgoing personality; comfortable in meeting all types and styles of people
  • 5-10 years previous business experience, usually in a corporate setting
