The Senior Client Partner is responsible for implementing LHH’s sales strategies and initiatives in LHH. This role’s primary focus is on developing business with new customers selling workforce transformation support services across leadership, change management, workforce engagement and career transition. The role may also manage an existing portfolio of accounts that has growth potential, this will be determined between the Managing Director and the individual.
LHH has been through a period of sustained growth and is now at an exciting tipping point that due to local and global repositioning has provided a significant increase in customer development opportunities.
This person gets their sales energy off of the “hunt” for the new opportunity. They are often consultative sales people who innately find and assess an opportunity (even when there doesn’t appear to be one) within a prospect and find a solution within your offering that meets the specific need. They are at the forefront of their industry and are continuously innovating and developing solutions to ensure that they are well ahead of market. They are networkers. They are independent.

Deliver against individual sales targets:
Implements LHH positioning ‘partnering with people and organisations to support workforce transformation’
Ensure all systems and processes (through Salesforce) are adhered to.
Close partnership & collaboration with the Sales and Marketing Director and practice experts within LHH to ensure a ‘total-solutions’ approach to the sales process. This includes leading and participating in presentations, proposals, discussion documents, and other sales activities.
Director Sales and Account Management
Strategic approach & implementation to acquire new business including prospecting
Account Management for 30-40 customers
Deliver sales target
Brand Promotion and Implementation in Workforce Transformation
Work with Practice Leads and Executives to find both tactical and strategic solution opportunities to expand the LHH brand perception and footprint
Partner with marketing team and collaborates strongly with other customer partners to broaden the LHH brand
Look for innovative ways to grow the business
Relationship management with existing and new customers
Proposal and presentation writing
Build and maintain bid response process and implements processes to support sales best practices (Salesforce Discipline, Customer Value Propositions, Win/Loss Reviews, Annual/Quarterly Partner Reviews, etc.)
Implement sales best practice processes
Aggressive competitor in new business arena - Winning business must matter to this individual. Strong track record of growing both new and existing offerings
Team player - Proven capability to collaborate with subject matter experts & executives to ensure high value solutions are being proposed to existing and new customers
Solution / Insight Sales - Substantial experience and positive track record for leading a broad solutions focused sales organization, including proven record of consultative sales success with HR and key C-levels.
Customer Partner - Strong customer and results orientation.
Superior communication and presentation skills – Knowledge of all LHH programs and services, and ability to articulate them in sales and other communications. Must also develop knowledge of competitors/competitive programs and of the LHH differentiators that enable us to successfully sell and close business.
Project Management Skills - Highly organized, disciplined and success-motivated.
Strong coordinator - Ability to juggle multiple variables and multiple projects.
High Energy - High personal energy coupled with a genuine enthusiasm for developing the LHH business.
Human Capital Expert - Previous Human Capital Sales Experience is critical
