The primary responsibilities of the Manager Professional Services are to lead, manage, and grow the delivery and operational processes across all lines of business while supporting the sales team as required.

Major Responsibilities  


Delivery Management  


➢ Working with and manage the team of career consultants and TD consultants, Talent  


Connectors and Branding Specialists in delivering individual and group programs, whether  


within an LHH office, or at a client or other external site.  


➢ Ensure all services and programs are delivered at the highest quality standards, and meet  


profitability expectations in collaboration with the Director Operations  


➢ Ensure there is a pool of certified consultants available to complete all services as and  


when required.  


➢ Develop, implement and manage a consultant/Talent Connector/Branding Specialist  


recruitment, induction, certification and on boarding process to ensure all delivery  


expectations are met  


➢ Consistently analyze and identify candidate and customer delivery needs and drive  


professional development to ensure regional delivery capabilities can meet those needs  


effectively and profitably.  


➢ Work directly with your team and other colleagues to provide direction on all facets of  


candidate programs and delivery. Resolve any questions or issues, communicating with  


sales/account and delivery teams.  


➢ Consistently look for next generation of coaching topics and methodologies.  


➢ Monitor utilization of the team ensuring that each individual meets or exceeds targets  for quality, placement, caseloads, cost management and data collection.


➢Work closely with Director Operations to meet all delivery KPIs by monitoring and managing delivery and program costs.  


➢ Ensure that all the team members are entering all candidate activity/ information into Orbit accurately, with appropriate detail and on a timely basis.  



Personnel & Administration  


➢ Oversee all payroll, expense and purchasing issues for delivery staff.  


➢ Manage all freelancer contracts.  


➢ Assist in planning regional and office calendars of events.  


➢ Develop and maintain mastery level knowledge of LHH Resources in order to ensure candidates are exposed to needed services and tools.  


➢ Maintain current knowledge of industry and marketplace trends.  


➢ Strong knowledge of technology and social media.  



Operational Effectiveness  


➢ Contribute to ongoing improvement of operational processes and tools in support of the corporate and national mission.  


➢ Ensure all available resources, including personnel, facilities and equipment, are utilized in the most efficient, effective and profitable manner.  


➢ Implement EMEA best practice processes.  



Sales Support  


➢ Assist the Sales Director in developing effective sales strategies for both Talent  



Development and Career Transition.  


➢ Cooperatively interacts with members of the Sales team to achieve sales objectives within the region.  


➢ Builds strong relationships with the sales team and ensure delivery processes and procedures align with sales targets.  


➢ Work with the sales team in creating and participating in presentations, proposals, discussion documents, shopper sales and other sales activities, as required. For all large projects working closely with sales team to agree deliverables with the client.  


➢ Ensure candidate landing information is captured by consultants and entered in Orbit for a successful program completion.  







Required Experience/Characteristics  


➢ Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar role  


➢ Bachelor’s Degree or higher  


➢ Exceptional people management skills  


➢ Empathy  


➢ Strong process management skills  


➢ Experienced in financial/business analysis  


➢ Demonstrated ability to effectively manage a team across multiple locations required


➢ Proven quantitative ability  


➢ Excellent communication skills both written and verbal in German and English, which  


support an ability to challenge and debate issues of importance to the organization  


➢ Organized, efficient and detail oriented  


➢ Adaptable in working independently or on team as required  


➢ Commitment to high professional ethical standards and a diverse workplace  


➢ Strong comfort level in working both strategically and tactically to achieve necessary
