Business Development Manager

JOB INFORMATION

 

 

Highly preferred candidates with Talent Development - Learning & Training solutions selling experience.

Mission

To handle all Consultative sales for the defined states on behalf of the company. This will involve making Sales calls to corporate/ institutions, converting these meetings into firm orders, ensuring understanding of the client requirement, work with the Head in sending quotes and agreement formats and ensuring renewal of contracts wherever applicable. This will involve extensive co-ordination with the other cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations for both the external / internal customers.

 

 

 

Responsibilities

       Monthly Targets has to be achieved.

       Pricing, Negotiation, Account Management

       New business has to be targeted

       Market coverage.

       Accurate sales forecasting.

       Close co-ordination with LHH Delivery team.

       Conducting persuasive, effective presentations and demonstration of Adecco services to decision makers (Head-HR/Finance/Operations) of corporate clients

Other Information

       The individual must ideally have experience in Consultative selling and must have excellent contacts with corporate, which would facilitate consultative selling. He/ She should have a good understanding of how these corporates operate.
Human Capital Solutions and selling into the HR C-suite is ideal

       Experience for interacting with Senior Managers.

       Understanding the concepts of Service tailor making and designing depending on the specific needs of the customers & customization

       Understanding of the decision making process of the concerned institutions

       Ability to understand the pricing, and translate this understanding into the negotiation strategy
