Key Accountabilities
Strategic Sales Support:
- Analyze key topics and provide insights to support decision-making during meetings.
- Monitor progress on agreed actions and ensure accountability across business groups.
- Collaborate with Heads of Sales to align sales strategies with broader business objectives.
- Provide insights and recommendations for optimizing sales processes, team performance, and resource allocation.
- Act as a strategic partner in annual sales planning, including setting revenue targets, resource planning, and market analysis.
- Evaluate and optimize the end-to-end sales process within the market to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and implement standardized sales procedures and best practices, ensuring alignment with global standards.
- Identify and address bottlenecks or gaps in the sales process to streamline workflows and improve sales cycle times.
- Maintain and improve automation working with CRM administers and Power Automate for processes outside the CRM
Sales Performance Reporting:
- Maintain and improve existing Power BI reports based on business need, extending functionality to include other business areas and teams.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive sales performance reports, analyzing key metrics such as sales revenue, pipeline development, conversion rates, and quota attainment.
- Generate regular reports and dashboards to provide insights into sales trends, identify areas for improvement, and support strategic decision-making by sales leadership.
- Collaborate with sales leadership in UK and Ireland to develop accurate sales quotas and territory plans.
- Work closely with finance and operations teams to align sales quotas with budgetary targets for the market.
- Work with Customer Success to ensure house accounts processes are maintained
- Support the utilization and optimization of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system for the market, ensuring alignment with global CRM standards including house-keeping.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date data entry by sales representatives while contributing to global data integrity efforts.
- Collaborate with enablement to provide training and support to sales teams in UK and Ireland on CRM usage and best practices, fostering a culture of global collaboration and knowledge sharing.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and operations, within the local market, while actively engaging in global collaboration efforts.
- In country liaison for cross-selling and referrals working with global team to ensure accuracy and clear communication.
- Running local sales competitions based on country goals, able to understand and track & communicate complex commission schemes
- Work closely with finance to ensure accuracy in sales and commissions reporting. Ensure forecasting tools are accurate.
- Actively participate in global projects and collaborate with colleagues across regions, leveraging best practices and driving continuous improvement on a global scale.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Advanced Microsoft tools knowledge Excel, SharePoint, Planner and Power Platforms including Power Automate and Power BI
- Proven experience in sales operations or sales management, preferably in the HR services industry.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
- Expertise in CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.com.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and regions.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and revenue growth within the market and contribute to global initiatives.
- Fluency in English is required.
