The role 

The Product Marketing Manager will have a global role working across Marketing, Impact Labs, Product and Strategy to help productize Ezra’s offerings and ensure they are fit for scale/ market success.  

 

In this full-time position, you will report to the Global Director of Growth Marketing and dotted line to the CMO  

 

The team:  

Reporting to the Director of Growth Marketing, you will develop and oversee the global product marketing strategy and use your industry expertise to drive product education, thought leadership and adoption across internal stakeholders, client partners and potential clients.  

 

In this exciting role, you will act as a liaison to a wide-ranging team including Impact Labs, Product, Marketing, Strategy and Creative Services to ensure the delivery of high quality, product-centric campaigns 

 

How will I make an impact?  

  • Working closely with the Director of Growth Marketing, Product and Strategy teams, you will develop and manage the global product marketing strategy, campaigns, and tactics to drive product awareness, knowledge and adoption and overall awareness for Ezra globally  
  • Lead the development and creation of all marketing assets that are centred around our suite of products and services, including but not limited to, content, sales collateral, case studies, product newsletters, messaging, and positioning  
  • In this role, you will act as the bridge between the Ezra product team and marketing communicating key features, updates and the product roadmap ensuring the most effective and accurate portrayal of the product comes through in all marketing communications and creative  
  • Provide product training via sales enablement and the global marketing leaders across the organization - eventually launching a Ezra certification program – for both coaches and for coaches qualification”  
  • Have a 360 view of the industry to drive market research and provide insights on trending products, competitive positioning, product usage analysis and growth, and proactive alignment with client and industry demands  
  • Be the eyes and ears for the company on what is hot, new in tech and L&D 
  • Working with the Global Director of Marketing and regional marketing leads, you will own the management of the product calendar, assets, and product-led events  
  • Supporting the presentation of the product roadmap, monthly reports, timelines, and key initiatives in collaboration with Product team  
  • Lead communication of new product updates, features, capabilities, messaging, positioning  
  • Facilitate and present product workshops with clients and partners and lead briefings with internal stakeholders and agency partners  
  • Maintain performance and oversight against goals and proactively advise the business on any updates or issues pipeline  
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders – primarily marketing, client service, sales enablement, and business development to drive strategy and local support success and marketing to source and share inspirational success stories and testimonials  

 

 
What you bring to this role:   

You have 

  • 5+ years in a similar role with a B2B SaaS based company  
  • Proven track record of successfully planning and executing product marketing initiatives 
  • University degree or equivalent in marketing, media or digital 
  • You must be digital through and through, and understand the full channel mix including marketing technology platforms Salesforce, Pardot, Asana, Jira and others  
  • Excellent storytelling and both verbal and written skills are table stakes  
  • Experience or interest in UX and visual storytelling a benefit  
  • Working and communicating with senior level stakeholders both internally and externally  
  • Working in cross cultural environments with an ability to operate on their own, as part of a team and globally (preferred) 
  • Flexible hours may be required to manage projects across regions / time zone
