The role 

The Senior Marketing Manager for JAPAC will be responsible for building a scalable approach to creating awareness, engagement and ultimately conversion across our core Ezra audiences. This role requires a proven marketer with experience building successful and measurable international marketing programs that drive pipeline growth and meet or exceed revenue targets.  

 

In this full-time position, you will report to the Global CMO and dotted line to the Head of Sales, International to ensure a global to local approach to your markets.

The team:  

Reporting to the CMO, you will be part of the Marketing team but will work closely with the Head of International and your support regional sales.  

 

 

How will I make an impact?  

  • Lead the development of the company’s JAPAC Regional Marketing plan in collaboration with the CMO 
  • Actively work with the regional teams to understand market and customer requirements, carry out market analysis, recommend product positioning and define strategies as required  
  • Create, manage, and execute the go-to market strategy, budget, and plan to rapidly increase awareness and drive revenue in the region 
  • Deliver tactical execution on all aspects of the marketing & sales plan to achieve revenue and related targets  
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders – primarily marketing, client service, sales enablement, and business development to drive strategy and local support 
  • You support and champion the global marketing strategy and brand 
  • You personally help build, edit, and support local messaging and content to create engaging content, awareness, and localized sales materials to drive business strategy 
  • Plan, negotiate and execute trade events (both owned and paid), activations and campaigns in region to drive leads  
  • Experience working with local media you can implement a local PR campaign  
  • Own and share the analysis and reporting on the success of campaigns with leadership 
  • Create and execute annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned to key coaching moments for the targeted list of accounts to grow account revenues.  
  • Partner with the field sales teams to ensure there is a constant flow of information, market intelligence and joint messaging outreach, including but not limited to account-based efforts 
  • Define and manage KPIs to measure and report on program effectiveness, gain insight, and assess against goals  
  • Act as a mentor on digital topics and provide best practice, guidance, and feedback to regional teams  
  • Act as a brand spokesperson when required, leading presentations and events with enterprise clients and customers  

 

 
What you bring to this role:   

You have: 

  • 7+ years of relevant B2B marketing and communications experience, preferably in a mix of agencyconsulting, consumer products, L&D, ecommerce and/or technology organisations  
  • 5+ years of experience demand gen experience in a B2B SaaS based company or D2C  
  • You must be digital through and through, and understand the full channel mix including marketing technology platforms Salesforce, Pardot and others  
  • Excellent storytelling and writing skills are table stakes  
  • Working and communicating with senior level stakeholders both internally and externally  
  • Working in cross cultural environments with an ability to operate on their own, as part of a team and globally (preferred) 
  • Flexible hours may be required to manage projects across regions / time zone 
  • Pardot, Salesforce super user 
  • Deeply knowledgeable in ways to optimise the marketing funnel; with experience running multi-channel marketing programs (advertising, email, events, direct mail, PR); content marketing and social media 
  • Strategic, creative, and commercially minded  
  • Fluent in English (Japanese and Mandarin are also favourable)
