We are seeking an ambitious all-round growth marketer to be a founding member of our Growth & Marketing team. We are looking for someone who is a technical, data-driven growth expert with the skills to design, run, and analyse the results of tests across paid, organic, social, and CRM channels. You will be confident in building and maintaining a reporting framework to communicate outcomes to the wider business. Working closely with the Global Marketing Director and the Head of Brand you will be responsible for driving the digital acquisition efforts of a fast-growing business.
Marketing Director - Ezra
Analysing effectiveness of global marketing campaigns across online channels
Weekly reporting on marketing KPIs
Support the Global Marketing Director in
Run A/B testing – drive creative testing and analyse long-term effectiveness of test campaigns versus control creatives
Perform deep dive analyses using data analytics to gather business insights and make recommendations
Manage a generous digital budget to cover acquisition across EMEA, APAC and AMER
Manage relationships with external agencies
Experience designing and testing unique growth strategies aimed at user and lead acquisition
The skills to solve technical marketing challenges through locating and linking tools to get to a desired outcome
Confidence and efficiency in your reporting and data management skills
Data-driven but understand the limitations of data
Willing to learn and expand technical skills (e.g. JS, HTML, CSS, SQL, PowerBI)
A technical problem solver
Strategic & tactical – you understand the granular and how it fits with bigger picture
Creative and independent
Understand key business KPIs (CAC, CPA, LTV, etc)
Not afraid to fail
Proactive self-starting mentality
What We Offer
Contract Type: Full Time
Schedule: 9am-5:30pm, Monday-Friday
Salary: Depending on Experience
Must have the right to work in the UK
