- Continuously build and maintain connect with the identified client companies.
- Good understanding of the various roles and skills required in each sector.
- Consultants / Search consultants list sector wise and location wise to be maintained and updated regularly.
- Managing Invoicing of resume partners, coaches, client
- Ensuring allocation of coaches & scheduling of coaching sessions
- Bachelors degree or equivalent
- 3 to 8 years in Recruitment
- 1 to 3 years in Lead Generation
