Delivery Consultant

Reporting Relationships:

      Regional Operations Manager

In this role you can expect to

Key Accountabilities

      Regular engagement with the candidates and coaches/trainers

      Lead generation for candidates

      Co-ordination activities, scheduling meetings

      Conducting system demo for candidates

      Handling candidate/trainer escalations

      Profiling of Transition candidates

      Handling end to end activities for Career Transition

      Updating & Maintenance of trackers, MIS & reports

      Research in different industry sector, good comprehension of trends in each industry

      Research on companies in each industry and build database. Research on compensation of various roles/levels/industry

      Identify the HR connect/Hiring manager in the companies and maintain and update the data repository

      Continuously build and maintain connect with the identified client companies

      Good comprehension of the various roles and skills needed in each sector

      Consultants/Search consultants list sector wise and location wise to be maintained and updated regularly

      Managing invoicing of resume partners, coaches, client

      Ensuring allowcation of coaches and scheduling of coaching sessions


Required Experience/Characteristics

      Bachelors degree or equivalent

      3 to 8 years in Recruitment

      1 to 3 years in Lead Generation
