Studentische Aushilfe (gn) as Professional Branding Specialist
We are looking for talented CV writers and competent LinkedIn users to provide career coaching and support to candidates to enhance their strengths, improve their job skills, and focus on their personal brand. You will work with professionals who seek guidance for career development. Professional Branding Specialists must exhibit an eagerness to support candidates in transition. You must be able to discover people’s strengths and weaknesses, while providing suggestions on what works best for them in today’s dynamic marketplace. Having communication skills partnered with critical thinking are prerequisites for this position. The Talent Connector and Administrative Support part is to provide support to the Operations Leaders, Consultants and Candidates to ensure we deliver the best possible experience for our candidates and customers.
Reports directly to the Branding Manager, EMEA Centre for Delivery Services
Major Responsibilities PBS ( 80 % of the time)
Develop effective and timely resumes and LinkedIn profiles for candidates
Communicate directly with candidates to understand their goals and ambitions
Assess the strengths of individuals and partner with them to showcase their talents effectively
Edit documents in real-time while working with candidates
Assess applicants’ knowledge-base and apply skills, experience, and aptitudes on collateral material
Apply knowledge of various resume formats to each candidate’s unique situation.
Provide well-documented updates to internal systems
Major Responsibilities Talent Connector ( 20% of the time )
Create and distribute Talent Pools within the DTE for various counties’ candidates, utilizing the DTE technology.
Creation of new accounts for recruiters/TA in the DTE tool
Utilize the Search and Match Technology to recommend jobs to candidates directly
Research candidate landing information on social media platforms such as LinkedIn and Xing
Follow-up on Candidate quality surveys, to increase response rates and quality ratings
When applicable, support the Onboarding of new Consultants by providing systems introductions to ORBIT, CRN, Salesforce.com (Chatter) and other systems as needed
Support Delivery Management as needed with candidate activity tracking, , managing inactive
Review and approval of inactive exceptions
2-3 years’ experience writing CVs / relevant experience as a professional resume/CV writer; variable hours.
Intermediate level of expertise using Microsoft Word
Experience with web-based conferencing services (i.e. WebEx, Skype, Google Hangouts, etc)
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
Excellent writing, grammatical, editing, and punctuation skills & knowledge of different CV formats
Strong knowledge of LinkedIn and other Social Media platforms
4-year degree or work related expertise in Human Resources environments or Career Transition Management, preferred
Bilingual at professional level : English & German
