Summary:

To ensure smooth flow of Service Delivery operations at the regional level. This will involve understanding the requirements of the client from the Sales team and planning and executing the assignments accordingly.

Responsibilities:
  • End to end Key Account management of global Career Transition (CT) clients
  • Cost and Quality Management of all assignments - Talent Development (TD) & Career Transition (CT)  
  • Ensuring pre & post program client engagement & commitment
  • Selection, Validation and Empanelment of Facilitators (Trainers/coaches/ assessors/ Executive coaches)
  • Allocation of trainers/coaches/assessors for the workshop/ assignment
  • MIS & Reports
  • Ensuring client & all delivery related invoicing (Vendors / facilitators)       
  • Engagement with empanelled pool- identifying, negotiation, validation, contracts, payments
  • Cost controls by way of resource allocation for each assignment
  • Meeting TAT of service delivery
  • Manage escalations from candidates and clients
  • Responsible for Key Accounts - Building & maintain long standing relationships with the clients.
  • Liaison with the global LHH team .
  • Team development, Retention & motivation
  • Regular analysis on the performance of team members and sharing the feedback.
  • Responsible for coaching & guiding and development of team members.
Requirements:
  • Masters degree or equivalent. 
  • 4-7 years as Training Manager preferable.
  • 4-5 years in Learning and Development
  • Expert in MS Office
  • Excellent Communication Skills
