The role  

The Marketing Director for JAPAC will be responsible for building a scalable approach to creating awareness, engagement and ultimately conversion across our core Ezra audiences. This role requires a proven marketer with experience building successful and measurable international marketing programs that drive pipeline growth and meet or exceed revenue targets.  

 

In this full-time position, you will report to the Global CMO and dotted line to the Head of Sales, International to ensure a global to local approach to your markets.

Objectives of this Role

  • Bring a consumer marketing lens to all marketing channels and tactics  
  • Continually raise the bar on creativity, producing fresh video content that connects with our audience and drives action for all touchpoints  
  • Comfortably vary voice, style, and other characteristics demanded by the industry, company, or target audience at hand  
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of communication and coaching-related industry trends  
  • Stay updated on Ezra’s style guidelines and brand voice for consistency in messaging  

 

Role & Responsibilities  

  • Content creation using photography or videography for various media channels and tactics .  
  • This includes landscape, product and people. Interview style videos of people talking about reactions, experiences, or testimonials.  
  • Edit videography using modern editing software (eg. Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Premiere, Adobe ) 
  • Post-production proficiencies (editing, animation, sub-titling, sound editing, music selection, etc.)   
  • Follow modern media production standards, trends, and styles for traditional fronts and social media.  
  • Adapt to different lighting and environmental conditions. Should be able to light indoor/outdoor environments according to brief.  
  • Direct, collect and edit content created by international staff, clients, and coaches  
  • Travel required   
  • Understand and incorporate client facing and internal perspectives, incorporating business goals into production.  
  • Understand and incorporate marketing philosophy and values.  

 

Skills and Qualifications  

  • Bachelor’s degree in media or related discipline  
  • Agency experience would be a benefit with experience working on consumer brands 
  • Minimum 4-5 years professional video experience with solid portfolio of work  
  • Exceptional storytelling, editing and video skills  
  • Works well with brand standards, yet outside of the box creative thinker  
  • Social media or content marketing experience  
  • Ability to work independently and with a team to meet deadlines  
  • Excellent organizational skill and multitasking ability  
  • Proficiency in Adobe video editing software  
  • Agency experience a plus  
  • A keen eye for detail and appreciation of great design
