The Role: 

You will develop and oversee the social media strategy and use your industry expertise to help make EZRA the #1 voice in coaching online. 

In this role, you will have the opportunity to disrupt how the world sees professional coaching through thought-provoking, engaging and share-worthy content. There are passionate learning & development professionals all across the world wanting to transform their organizations, and your mission will be to find them and give them the tools and encouragement they need to succeed. 


How will I make an impact? 

  • Developing and implementing a social media strategy that aligns with EZRA’s, vision, mission, target audience and priorities 
  • Using creative platforms (Photoshop, Canva or similar) to develop innovative and engaging social media content (including videos, infographics), for a range of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, and wherever else our audience can be found) 
  • You are a natural community-builder and facilitator, creating new proprietary communities and participating in existing ones where our audience naturally congregates  
  • Monitoring and responding to audience comments with sound judgement, expertise and wit 
  • Driving SEO across our blog and website, coordinating the production of content with multiple stakeholders 
  • Tracking performance analytics across all our platforms, campaigns and initiatives, with a keen eye on finding ways to improve performance 
  • Generate ideas and experiment with creative ways to drive further visibility of EZRA across social platforms 

 

What you bring to this role: 

  • You have creative flair and enjoy using storytelling to promote key messages and engage audiences 
  • You have demonstrated experience supporting a professional or B2B brand – preferably a global one.  
  • You have experience growing and managing brand communities (with the numbers to back it up) 
  • You’re familiar with analytics, and can learn from data to inform your approach.  
  • You have an uncanny ability for solving problems and getting things done 
  • You’ve worked in a growth stage company 
  • You understand the relationship between social media, content and lead generation 
  • You have strong copywriting skills, and can write creatively, with a sense of humour, wit and fun 
  • You can work collaboratively as a team across multiple departments and stakeholders 
  • You’re comfortable with uncertainty and changing direction or goals quickly if need be 
  • You speak your mind, but also invite others’ POV
