Executive Assistant to the Chief Revenue Officer
As the new Executive Assistant, you’ll be responsible for providing exceptional administrative and project support to the Chief Revenue Officer and a team of global Sales and Marketing leaders. The Executive Assistant will need to develop extensive knowledge of the organization – knowing who the key stakeholders are internally and externally, and a thorough understanding of our strategy and objectives. Discretion and confidentiality are essential attributes to be successful in this role.
In this role, you can expect to
Act as the CRO’s first point of contact with key stakeholders from inside and outside the organization, including clients, suppliers, and other staff.
Complete administrative duties for the CRO and Sales & Marketing leadership team including handling inquiries and requests, arranging travel, and managing email and calendar in Outlook.
Manage large meetings in Zoom including scheduling attendees, hosting, recording sessions, and troubleshooting for presenters and attendees during meetings.
Design professional and effective presentations which may involve review and consolidation of complex information and material from various sources.
Complete special projects for the CRO and Sales & Marketing leadership team which may involve critical thinking, data analysis, research, and writing.
Develop and manage project plans.
Travel occasionally with the CRO to provide general assistance during meetings, events, and presentations.
Maintain and improve office systems and processes utilized by the Sales & Marketing leadership team.
Minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience in an administrative or project management role
Exceptional written and oral communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills and executive presence; the ability to develop effective professional relationships with stakeholders at all levels up to C-suite executives
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with demonstrated experience in designing professional and effective PowerPoint presentations
Proficient in scheduling and hosting Zoom meetings
The ability to research, digest, analyze and present material clearly and concisely
Excellent organizational and time management skills and incessant attention to detail
Ability to develop and manage project plans
A proactive approach to problem solving and the ability to work independently
A global mindset; considers the needs of the team within the context of our global organization; global experience is a plus
The ability to handle confidential matters with sound judgment and thoughtful discretion
Who you’ll work with
You will be a key member of our Global Sales & Marketing team. This team of sales and marketing professionals are responsible for the end-to-end revenue generation cycle at LHH. You will report directly into the Chief Revenue Officer and you will work closely with Global Sales Leaders, Global Head of Marketing, Head of Communications, and Head of Sales Operations & Enablement.
