Mission

The HR Data Analyst & Project Manager plays a crucial role in collecting, structuring, analysing, and reporting on HR KPIs, processes and data. The role gathers and processes qualitative and quantitative data on HR organizational KPIs, organization sizing, and employment trends leading to relevant reporting and dashboarding. From a project management perspective the HR Data Analyst coordinates the HRIS implementation for the HR team, under the guidance of the VP HR Transformation.

 

 

 

Responsibilities

·         Responsible for the maintenance of quality HR and People data, by coordinating and designing processes on data input, updates and quality checks in alignment with the Group HR Strategy and HR Transformation

·         Manages the people data related to the Talent Solution transformation, eg baseline, transfer matrix, organization sizing and establish close link to finance, budget and business case

·         Participates to the implementation, maintenance and updating of HR and People dedicated tools. Ensure data tools are well connected to the finance tools

·         Structures and analyses HR and People data (on all HR topics, including but not limited to attraction, engagement & retention, training & development, performance management, offboarding).

·         Produces regular dashboards, data insights and reports for the HR team including proposed actions, provides data and analysis for strategic business reviews and other ad hoc meetings or report requests

·         Participates in salary cost analysis to support the finance team in budget preparation, participates in compensation bench-markings.

·         Guides and trains other HR team members in the areas of data collection, maintenance, processes and analytics.

·         Support in the implementation of the HRIS, in collaboration with the implementation team and other HR Transformation initiatives

·         Point of contact for the transformation team for people related data, analysis and information

·         Manage projects related to People analytics and data collection.

 

 

 

 

Work Experience

·         Minimum 6 years' relevant experience in HR Data Management and Analytics

·         Proven ability to work effectively in an international matrix organization

·         Successful track record in building a data platform from scratch

·         Strong ability to use initiative, prioritize, multi-task, and work well under pressure to meet deadlines

·         Clear and systematic thinking that demonstrates good judgment and problem-solving competencies

·         Strong communication skills in multicultural, multi-lingual environments

·         Well organized and structured

·         Strong analytical skills

·         Strong ability to interact with stakeholders

·         Technical skills

·         Very good knowledge of HR data analytics, HR KPIs, HR data management processes

·         Very good knowledge and use of HRIS software, Power BI, and survey software
