We are looking for a talented Relationship Director to join our Sydney team. This could be the perfect opportunity if you are a highly driven sales professional with experience selling strategically to senior human resource leaders.

What you’ll do

As the new Relationship Director, you will

      Manage and grow an existing portfolio of blue chip customers

      Sell workforce transformation support services across leadership, change management, career management and career transition into new organisations


Required Experience/Characteristics

      Driven to hunt new opportunities with new customers and help them to better transform their businesses and workforces

      Proven track record of year on year growth across your portfolio

      The ability to partner with subject matter experts to tailor solutions that meet customer needs

      Passionate and excited about our belief that employees are renewable rather than replaceable

An understanding of what we do and what we believe in with the ability to simplify our complex solutions for educated customers
