Marketing and Sales Administrative Support

The Primary responsibilities of this role are to provide frontline marketing support to the LHH business in  

Japan by implementing the marketing strategy and plans. This role also takes ownership of  

administrative tasks associated with sales activities and supports team to drive revenue growth.

SVP Marketing, APAC with dotted line to Japan Country Manager

Major Responsibilities  

Marketing planning and budgeting  

Work with the SVP Marketing APAC, the Japan Country Manager and the Sales leaders in Japan  

stakeholders to agree the annual marketing plan  

Regularly review the marketing plan and ensure it meets changing business needs  

Monitor and manage the agreed marketing budget  

Events, sponsorship, communications and thought leadership  

Work with the key stakeholders to agree and execute the annual events programme. Work with  

the sales team to organise, promote and manage events, seminars, round tables, webinars  

corporate hospitality and presence at exhibitions and conferences  

Draft and promote case studies with the support of subject matter experts, consultants and sales  


Work with the subject matter experts to produce articles and opinion pieces to support brand and  

sales objectives. This will include adapting content generated by LHH globally  

Sales and marketing collateral. Adapt sales and marketing collateral produced globally, including  

all corporate and product brochures, templates, case studies and sales enablement material so  

that they are relevant for use in Japan. Work with subject matter experts and Sales Leaders to  

create any sales and marketing collaterals unique to Japan.  

Lead and opportunity generation  

Work with the sales team to create and deploy highly targeted marketing campaigns to generate  

new business opportunities, marketing qualified leads and meet marketing attributed revenue  


Work with the Global and APAC Marketing Team to ensure the effective utilisation of Pardot to  maximise the efficiency of lead capture and lead nurturing  

Brand Management  

Work with the Global and APAC Marketing Team, Sales and Country leaders in Japan, and Adecco  Japan Marketing Team to build a strong compelling brand and increase brand awareness, saliency  and engagement through PR, thought leadership, voice building, point of view and other content  marketing activity  

Ensure all sales and marketing activity adheres to the brand guidelines and that all creative work  and collateral produced meets the highest standards of accuracy anquality  

Measurement and Return / Leveraging Global Marketing Team  

Review all marketing activity to ensure we optimise the return on investment from all marketing expenditure, identifying areas for improvement  

Build collaborative relationship with the Global Marketing Team and APAC Marketing Team to  ensure we are using the expertise, materials, marketing assets, systems in LHH to ensure maximum return on investment.  

Sales Administration Support  

Assisting Sales and Operations teams with producing business critical reports such as monthly  

reports and Annual Partner reviews  

Supporting with the compilation of proposal/tender/presentation responses  

Preparing new business terms for review and managing internal sign-off process  

Completing vendor forms  

Scheduling regular sales team meetings and other meetings (including Zoom set-up)  

Responding to phone calls/emails with customer queries in English  

Other ad hoc administrative tasks as requested  

Required Experience/Characteristics  

Familiarity with CRM systems. Knowledge of Salesforce an advantage
