Global PMO Project Management Support – Leadership Development, Associate

The primary responsibility of this flexible role is to provide professional support for projects delivered by the Global Delivery and Operations function. The Global Project Management Office (PMO) provides project management services that build and support the expansion of customer relationships, simplifies the complexity of delivery of contracted services in Leadership Development and across other areas of LHH, and ensures high-quality experience for clients. Project Management support may be either at a Project Support and Administration level, or full end to end ownership of all Project Management processes. The ideal candidate will be organized, motivated and passionate about building customer relationships and strong project teams, leading projects, solving problems and the demonstrated ability to operate within a high change and customer-centric environment.

In this role you can expect to

Project Management

  • Lead one or more projects within the Global Delivery and Operations PMO portfolio which will usually be focused on Leadership Development, providing customer-facing support which may extend over several geographies and/or LHH solutions.
  • Take ownership of the successful set-up of projects, complex stakeholder management and ensure the customer expectations, requirements, and deliverables are aligned to project delivery processes and that reporting requirements are met.
  • Collaborate with internal or Associate LHH Sales and Consultant contacts to transition the project from close into delivery, using standard LHH methodologies and documentation provided in addition to creating project-specific processes and documentation.
  • Set up detailed project governance, clearly define roles and structure to ensure effective project delivery.
  • Define and manage project plans, schedules, RAID logs, and other work trackers, in addition to tracking delivery against scope and ensuring any financial reporting, monitoring or client change requests are captured and processed efficiently.
  • Collaborate to define, write, review, and execute communications with project team, customer, and participants.
  • Control and manage project changes (schedule, scope, expectations, cost, margin, issues, risk)
  • Execute tasks and/or ensures project team is delivering on scheduling, logistics, product and service delivery tasks (e.g., system set up, quality assurance, collaboration with global LHH teams)
  • Provide client-facing support to ensure customer project teams are aligned, deliverables are met, and issues are escalated and resolved.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure project delivery alignment and a seamless high-quality customer and participant experience.

Project Coordination & Administration Activities

Project Coordination activities will be agreed in advance. These will vary with project requirements; representative tasks could include:

  • Project Management Support
    • Maintaining project documentation in set templates, preparing draft project reports and status updates for review by the project team, tracking and sharing session attendance, managing group learning invitation set up across platforms including MS Teams and Zoom
    • Tracking client delivery, ensuring all project files, documentation and materials are maintained and stored within appropriateplatforms and document control processes.
    • Client Reporting, supporting Project Managers with monthly, quarterly and ad hoc reporting. Responsible for collating and managing client feedback data and processes.
    • Project Resourcingthrough liaising with theGlobal Resourcing teams to find the appropriate and available Facilitators, Coaches or Assessors for a project.
    • Database Management, maintaining housekeeping of ORBIT, the LHH in-house delivery database, or other IT platforms.
    • Participant Materials, the proof reading, preparation, printing (if required) and distribution of materials required for project deliveries.
    • Administrative tasks- there are likely to be frequent ad hoc support tasks which will vary per project and are based on experience and expertise.
  • Assessment Services Support
    • Launching psychometrics specific to client projects, storing and sharing candidate reports within data privacy guidelines, coding supplier invoices, monitoring shared inboxes.
    • Scheduling and coordinating assessment debrief meetings.
  • Ownership and delivery of small projects
    • With the support, training, and guidance of a Project Manager, providing full project management to smaller value clients, from project scoping to final reporting and project close processes.
  • Virtual Workship Producing
    • Providing full technical producer support for client deliveries on platforms such as Zoon, Microsoft Teams, or WebEx

 

All About You

  • 3+ years of experience in a client-facing environment and excellent communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships, influence others and manage internal and external stakeholder effectively and appropriately.
  • Active listening and questioning skills, able to understand and integrate customer perspectives and expectations into project work.
  • Tech savvy with intermediate-to-expert use of MS Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and MS Teams/SharePoint
  • University degree strongly preferred.
  • Written and spoken English fluency required.

Additional Project Management Requirements

  • 2 years of relevant industry experience and/or background (i.e. HR, Learning, Higher Education, Organizational Development, etc.)
  • Project Management training and/or certifications, able to apply various methodologies.
  • Demonstrated experience defining project-based processes which improve efficiency.
  • Builds effective and engaged teams, with a focus on people-first and development/coaching.
  • Able to provide direction and effective delegation and prioritization for self and project teams.
  • Very strong detail orientation, ability to track project delivery information. Ability to simplify and communicate themes from a large amount of manual details.
  • Analytical and able to design and execute dashboard reporting that drives decision making.
  • Comfort moving forward in an environment of high change and ambiguity.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Acts proactively, resourcefully, and independently, including comfort leading and operating in project teams at all levels within an organization.
  • Willingness to execute work at all levels, as needed for supporting customer success.

  • Compensation: $25.00 - $60.00 per hour

Placement within this range is determined based on geographic location, experience, and other compensatory factors.
