This role will focus on creating simple solutions that we can test and actualize prior to having other development teams integrate these concepts into our larger platform as more fixed, mature entities. The Role

Ezra is looking for an experienced software engineer with a passion for the potential of low-code solutions to help build our MVP (minimally viable product) solutions.  

 

The Team

This role reports to the CTO and will be on the Product/Engineering Team.

 

What You’ll Do

This role will focus on creating simple solutions that we can test and actualize prior to having other development teams integrate these concepts into our larger platform as more fixed, mature entities.

 

About You

You have:

  • 10+ years of direct working experience
  • Expert level Microsoft Power Platform / Power Automate / Power Apps knowledge – at least 2 years working with these tools
  • Must have strong SQL and JavaScript skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast startup environment with changing and often competing priorities
  • Strong people skills – able to work in an internal cross-functional team setting and with external developers, too
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills
  • A desire to solve real business problems at a company in high-growth mode

 

You are:

  • Someone with strong passion for creating low-code solutions
  • Familiar with or have a willingness to learn Bubble
  • A person with the ability to think like a product / user experience manager in the context of software development
