Client Solutions Director
The successful candidate will have a strong business to business sales solutions experience, is customer focused and enjoys working in a collaborative work environment and can work autonomously. A positive mindset is key. They must have excellent organisational skills, proven history of strategic account management and high cognitive abilities. You will be operating in a low ego, high achievement, strong work ethic environment. Deliver against individual sales targets:
Delivery Staff Costs (DSC)
Manage customer relationship ensuring needs are met for internal and external stakeholders.
Close partnership & collaboration with Practice Lead Sales and the various Subject Matter Experts within LHH to ensure a ‘total-solutions’ approach to the sales process. This includes leading and participating in presentations, proposals, discussion documents, and other sales activities.
Strategic approach & implementation to expand sales activities with existing customer relationship
Strategic prospecting to advance LHH’s position in the market
Strong track record of growing both new and existing offerings
Team player - Proven capability to collaborate with subject matter experts & executives to ensure high value solutions are being proposed to existing and new customers
Solution / Insight Sales - Substantial experience and positive track record for leading a broad solutions focused sales organization, including proven record of consultative sales success with HR and key C-levels.
Strong customer and results orientation.
Superior communication and presentation skills – Knowledge of all LHH programs and services, and ability to articulate them in sales and other communications. Must also develop knowledge of competitors/competitive programs and of the LHH differentiators that enable us to successfully sell and close business.
Project Management Skills - Highly organized, disciplined and success-motivated.
Strong coordinator - Ability to juggle multiple variables and multiple projects.
High Energy - High personal energy coupled with a genuine enthusiasm for developing the LHH business.
Tertiary Degree - University Degree in Economics or Human Resources is preferred
Human Capital Expert - Previous Human Capital Sales Experience is critical
