Key Responsibilities of Marketing Manager UK&I is to provide front line marketing support to LHH UK & Ireland by implementing the marketing lead generation and brand awareness activities.
Marketing Director, UK & Ireland
Hybrid: Central London and remote working
Dependent on eperience
Work with the Marketing Director to implement multiple cross-channel lead generation campaigns to attract and nurture leads through the marketing funnel
Work in partnership with Sales and Product teams to effectively communicate our product and service USPs to the target audience
Management of all client marketing materials
Be responsible for the external promotion of our products and services and the raising of our brand awareness in relation to our competitors
Create and promote virtual and physical events to showcase our point of views
Adapt new engagement material produced globally so that they are fit-for-purpose for use in the UK & Ireland market
Grow and maintain a library of customer testimonials and case studies for use in sales and marketing material
Implement the marketing content strategy through the creation of original insight and promotion via multiple channels including social media
Continuously monitor and review the effectiveness of all marketing campaigns, channels, content, and to make recommendations and implement improvements
Creating and running marketing campaigns to generate leads and brand awareness
Writing copy and content
Familiarity with marketing automation systems - knowledge of Salesforce useful
Experience in managing multiple internal and external stakeholders and agencies
Self-directive demonstrating high levels of initiative
Able to plan and manage own workload in an environment where work volume fluctuates
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Schedule: 9am-5:30pm, Monday - Friday
