Description
As the market leader in Career Transition, we are focused on developing our delivery model to ensure consistent quality and standards of excellence. To do this, we are looking to expand our team of permanent consultants working alongside our associate community to deliver both one to one support and group learning. In addition, we would look for your creative input into expanding and developing our career transition services as well as the ability to work closely with our clients and other stakeholders.

In this role you can expect to
Key Accountabilities
Delivery of one to one career coaching according to the parameters of the delivery model.
Facilitation of group learning events i.e. seminars, workshops and webinars
Ability to provide career coaching across a broad range of sectors and at all levels from graduate to C-Suite
Aid CSCs to resolve negative candidate feedback identifying appropriate resolutions and ongoing support
Conduct complimentary meetings for international colleagues seeking UK job market intel
Work closely with the engagement and sales teams to ensure that the service to candidates reflects the contractual guidelines
Involvement of shopper meetings and other business development activities i.e. client pitches, experience days
Strong administrative skills in order to maintain candidate records effectively and in a timely manner
Knowledge of or familiarity with career portals including use of premium databases
Ability to demonstrate social media tools in order that candidates are using current job search channels
Key performance indicators to be achieved in line with the overall business strategy – 80% candidate delivery utilisation, Quality data, time to land expectation, Job search work team candidate attendance
Organisation of candidate events i.e. Networking evenings, social events to further enhance the candidate experience
Involvement in running Job Search Work Teams both live and virtual
Research into, and creation of, new material to continually update and develop our career transition offering to clients and candidates
Facilitation of training masterclasses in the LHH tools and methodology
Input into the development of new CT innovations including testing and research
Identify key networking contacts to plan and execute candidate networking events
Subject Matter Experts in specialist CT topics including resilience, psychometrics to support candidates with ad hoc meetings
Key member of Executive coaching panel, delivering triage meetings, SME meetings, and leading networking groups
Here’s what you’ll need to succeed
Coaching qualification would be desirable but history of working in commercial, customer-focused environments is equally important
Knowledge of career transition coaching and techniques including one to one coaching, group facilitation, webinar history, psychometrics
Educated to degree level or equivalent with evidence of continual professional development relating to coaching, counselling and/or career transition skills
Strong social media skills including active use of LinkedIn
Ability to effectively keep records through online information management system.
Background of virtual delivery via Skype, webinars and teleconferencing
History of HR, recruitment and/or outplacement services would be beneficial
Ability to engage with broad range of stakeholders at all levels is crucial
Demonstrable research skills and ability to produce creative career development materials such as workshops and workbooks
History of working on-site with clients including career centres
Good admin skills in order to maximise utilisation of diary time
A collaborative, collegiate approach to working with a large team of consultants
A positive, energetic focus on making a difference to the candidate’s experience of career transition
