CT Account Coordinator – London & Nationwide

As an Account Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role within the Career Transition Account Management function, supporting administrative requirements across a large and varied client portfolio. Working alongside the Account and Project Managers, you will take on a number of core administrative responsibilities as well as ad hoc administrative tasks to support both client and internal requirements. You will need to react quickly to urgent requests and manage expectations with internal stakeholders.

        Location: London & Nationwide

Key Responsibilities

        Execute ad hoc administrative requests with accuracy and efficiency 

        Create client MI reports and data summaries 

        Manage individual data record updates on the LHH internal CRM system

        Provide regular candidate engagement data

        Support business data processing requests and updates

        Collate comparison and competitor data for client reporting purposes

        Research candidate landing data and update CRM system

        Coordinate schedules and individual invitations for virtual projects

        Work effectively with internal stakeholders

Required Experience/Characteristics

        Proven administrative experience

        Excellent attention to detail

        Highly organised with the ability to multitask

        Ability to work at pace across multiple workstreams

        Excellent verbal and written communication skills

        Ability to work autonomously and prioritise effectively

        Comfortable working under pressure to multiple deadlines

        Collaborative attitude with the desire to contribute to a team

        Proficient IT skills with a proven ability to use the Microsoft Office suite

What We Offer

        Contract: Permanent

        Contract Type: Full Time

        Hours Per Weekly: 37.5

        Workdays: 9am -5:30pm Mon-Friday

      Renumeration: Depending on experience
