Client Partner

This person will be accountable for converting, expanding and retaining a range of clients across LHH’s solutions portfolio.

      Regional Sales Director - London

Major Responsibilities

Key Accountabilities

      To deliver against allocated sales target of a minimum of £0.6M for the year.

      To develop, maintain and build relationships with clients.

      To develop an understanding of relevant external issues and to use these to identify opportunities in the market.

      Partnering with colleagues both from a geographic and solutions perspective to meet the needs of the client.

      Consistently strive for sales effectiveness through:

      The use of LHH Client Relationship Management (CRM) system

      The application of LHH sales methodology: 4DX, Insight selling, Break away selling

      To identify opportunities for improvement of services and delivery strategies.

      To work closely with colleagues across LHH to resolve client queries promptly.

      To provide accurate forecasting and financial information.

      To be accountable for all activity in relation to named clients.

      Proactively contact a stipulated group of prospects.

Required Experience/Characteristics

      Proven knowledge of LHH solutions portfolio.

      Excellent track record of building sales in a professional services or consultative selling solutions business.

      Passionate about our business and our mission of making a difference.

      Evidence of a digital and curious mind-set.

      Evidence of strong deep relationships with a client base.

      Proactive and positive ‘can do’ attitude with the ability to get the job done.

      Excellent at articulating solutions based on business need.

      Excellent influencing and negotiation skills.

      Strong communication and presentation skills.

      Ability to question and constantly innovate.

      Team player with the ability to work in a matrix organisation.

      Ability to resolve issues quickly.

      Understanding of Client Relationship Management (CRM) systems.

What We Offer

      Contract: Permanent

      Contract Type: Full Time

      Hours: 37.5

      Schedule: 9am-5:30pm, Monday-Friday

      Salary: Depending on Experience
